Refund policy

Custom items are not returnable or exchangeable. After placing an order, we'll ask you to confirm your order, which constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Your item must be in the original condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and well-packaged. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, please contact us at info@kickspalette.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to ship your package. We will not accept returns without a prior request from you.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you already own and, once your return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
